Salou. Costa Dorada. The School of Commerce Coast (ESCC) introduced the first course in Catalonia on Planning and Sector trading activities and services. The course is aimed particularly at municipal technicians, managers of trade associations and services in the country. Structured training sessions in eight of 40 total hours to be taught from 7 October to 25 November. This course has been certified by the URV and is coordinated by James Angerri, former Director General of Trade and COPCA President of the Generalitat of Catalonia between 1990 and 2004. Course Objective The transposition of EC Directive 2006/123 on services in the European market has begun to implement the deadline in Catalonia in 2006 by the European Parliament in December 2009. The training sessions will be held every Thursday from 7 October to 25 November 2010, from 12:00 to 2:00pm and from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at the offices of the ESCC in Salou (Tarragona).   Angerri, nearly 20 years managing trade in Catalonia The course of ESCC, only in Catalonia, is coordinated by James Angerri, economist for the UB Master of Public Management (IESE) and specialist institutions.
