The "Election Guide Gourmand Catalunya and Andorra, and other attractions," popularly known as the "Guide Gourmand", just go out and you can find in the best bookstores in the country. In this 19th edition, covering the year 2010, we find important new, high and low, and as always, great updated information from a wide selection of establishments (restaurants and hotels), carefully made based on high standards of quality, applied independently. The guide comes with editing and also Catalan Castilian edition (two books, hard cover) and is also available, complete and free of charge via the Internet. Awards 2010 Distinctions Gourmand Guide in this edition are:  Restaurant of the Year 2010 in Andorra: The Dome (Hotel Plaza), Andorra la Vella.  Spa of the Year 2010: Vichy Catalan, Caldes de la Selva.  Hotel of the Year 2010: Mas La Boella, Tarragona.  Restaurant of the Year 2010: The Fortuny (La Boella) of The Canonja (Tarragona). Presentation and presenting awards Gourmand's Guide was presented to the authorities and media in the Tarragona area in La Boella, the 'Last 25th November, at 13 hours. The presentation was made by Joan Pedrell prestigious restaurateur, restaurant owner Joan Gatell, Cambrils. The record was attended on behalf of the Provincial Council, his viceprisident, Albert Vallvé, and representing the Council of Tarragona, the councilor, Lola Herrera. During the ceremony, the directors of the Guide Gourmand handed diplomas to the laureates principals, offering attendees then a tasting menu prepared by the chef of the restaurant Espai Fortuny, Manuel Ramirez. Content Gourmand's Guide, under the direction and execution of journalists Tarragona and Ramon Felix Llovell Segu, Arola Edicions and editing, is a handy and useful annual volume that collects on their sites for good restaurants and hotels in Catalonia and Andorra, qualified, with any updated information that they can specify. In later chapters, entitled "other sites" also includes a fine selection of restaurants and hotels date from the rest of Spain and the French Côte d'Azur, Monaco, Loire Valley and Paris. In total, data from more than 650 establishments that concern the "Gourmand". The restaurants, one more year, is rated after a visit to them, also taking into consideration the qualifications and scores given to the most prestigious existing guides as well as the opinions of the readers. The assessment of the establishment is set with the following criteria: kitchen, maximum 6 points. Bodega, decoration, frame, service and detail, maximum 4 points. The maximum total score 10 and in this 19th edition is a year more for the restaurant El Bulli, in Roses, 10/10. The 9.75 / 10: Arzak Neichel San Sebastian, Barcelona; to 9.5 / 10: Akelarre, Can Fabes, El Celler de Can Roca, Sergi Arola, Martin Berasategui, Santceloni and Via Veneto, 9, 25/10: Soule. In the Tarragona area, the best restaurants, according to the Gourmand 2010, are: Can Bosch, Joan Gatell, Giorgio, The Gravel, The Witches of Burriac, Morros and Les Moles, Les Coke and Space Fortuny (La Boella). The Guide Gourmand'2010 "is priced at 20 euros.
