Tarragona. Costa Dorada. 12th April 2012. Xavier Pellicer, chef de Can Fabes (two Michelin stars) has sponsored the fourth DTaP Tarragona, the first contest and route covers the counties of Tarragona and culinary demonstration of this important level of Catalonia, awarded by the Government .
