Salou joins the celebration of the Pilar

Salou. Costa Daurada. October 12, 2012. The Mayor of Salou, Pere Granados, on behalf of the municipal corporation, together with other Councillors and many citizens attended this morning's wreath and aragonese peasant mass which was held to honor the virgin of Pilar, a celebration was held in the church of the town of San Ramon. The church has hosted many citizens who wanted to participate in the floral offering to the Virgin, and the subsequent mass, one of the highlights organized by the Cultural Association Aragonese Salou. The organization also started last Saturday celebrating the holidays with the opening and today also held a folk festival in TAS and a subsequent lunch. The mayor of Salou, before starting Mass-said that "the Aragonese Salou, have made their participation in social and cultural life of this city an example, sharing with us their culture and tradition that is integrated and enriched our identity "and wanted to accompany them, along with other members of the municipal government, in its celebration. Granados has congratulated the new queen of the festivities Eva Escartín president of the organization and Jose Antonio Ibanez.
