Salou signs the demolition of the building of the bowling alley

Salou. Costa Dorada. The mayor of Salou, Pere Granados, has signed an agreement with the company that owns the building at Bowling Center Salou - SAU-GESDIP for demolition of it. It is a building located at the entrance to the town of Reus highway, across the Botanic Park for many years and is in a state of neglect. The activity is developed, bowling, got a license in 1979 in precarious by the then council of Vila-Seca and Salou. After years of working equipment and having become a pioneer in the field of leisure in our region went into disuse. Since then he went up leaving almost ruinous state today. Since the municipal government have made many efforts and negotiations to obtain the authorization of demolition through various meetings and contacts with the property in order to reach agreement that the mayor, Pere Granados, has signed and culminate with the imminent demise of the building. According to the municipal next week, particularly on Wednesday 18 May, the machines start working to erase the presence of the construction. The demolition is the only viable solutions to existing facilities in urban planning because of Salou the years 1992 and 2003, the building is outside the organization and is doomed to disappear when it is developed in future plan of Sector 04. Precisely the location of the bowling is classified as land used for municipal facilities, ie, a land destined to become public land for use of equipment.
