Vandellòs. Costa Dorada. Club Náutico Hospitalet-Vandellos (CNHV) has organized this year FINN Spanish Championship, being played on Thursday 28 July 2011 off the coast of L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. Until tomorrow, Saturday 30 July, will be competing in this championship a total of 14 sailing boats, from Galicia, Valencia, Andalusia and Catalonia. The Catalan sailors are: Roque Terol and Roger  Jordana (the CNHV), Manel Guardiola (Vilassar Club de Mar), Miquel A. Mateo (The Club Bali) and Francis Fenol (Club Náutico de Cambrils). By now, first place was Miguel Fernandez (Real Club Nautico La Coruna); second, Alexander Aranzueque (Club Nautico Santa Pola), and third, Roque Teruel (Club Náutico Hospitalet-Vandellòs). The award ceremony will take place Saturday 30 July at 17.30, approximately the CNHV. FINN The boat is a so-called 'solitary' and be manned by one person. It is very technical and has been described as the 'lone technologically advanced "by the IFA (International Association FINN). This vessel was designed in 1949 for the Olympics in Finland, and has since been selected to participate in all Olympic Games. Other sporting events scheduled for this weekend in the town - Beach tennis tournament We played Saturday 30 July, 17 at 21:30 am at the Arenal beach of L'Hospitalet. It is organized by the Athletic Department of the City of Vandellòs Hospitalet de l'Infant. - Beach volleyball championship It also will play Saturday 30 July from 10am to Playa del Arenal. Participants will take part in the first Catalan campus that hosted a volleyball coaching this week in L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. The Sports Department of the City of Vandellòs Hospitalet has also organized. - Municipal swimming championships This championship will be played July 30 at the municipal pool Vandellòs (from 10 h) and 27 August, at the municipal pool in Mont-Roig del Camp. There will compete in all categories. - And Summer Triathlon Vandellòs It will take place Saturday 30 July and will consist of a football tournament (at 18 pm at the sports center), a cinema session at 22 am on the football field (where it screened the film 'Pirates the Caribbean in mareas misteriosas') young DJs and party at the Plaza Estalella (from 00:30 h). This triathlon is organized by Centro Cultural, Sports and Recreational Vandellòs, the Association of Youth Football Club Vandellòs Vandellòs room, with the collaboration and sponsorship of the City.
