The Department of Planning and Sustainability has run since the summer of 2010, construction of Mar del Raval, in Vila-seca. This action corresponds to the preparation of TV-3148 and involves the formation of two roads: one main and four lanes with urban characteristics, 3.3 kilometers from the A-7 motorway in La Pineda (square the European Union) and a second of 2.1 kilometers and two lanes for the traffic of heavy vehicles from the A-7 to C-31B. Moreover, the work also includes the formation of a green area of ​​separation between the two roads and a specific lane for cyclists, as well as an area for walking and relaxation. As individual elements, it should be emphasized a catwalk 363 feet long on the A-7 for pedestrians and bicycles and two structures under the railroad. The works include an investment of 23.7 million euros. Traffic during the summer To facilitate mobility in the area during the summer, the Department of Planning and Sustainability has established the following measures: Commissioning of a stretch of road with four lanes, two in each direction, in particular, between the roundabouts of the C-31B (round the roller) and the TV-3146. This section has a length of 750 meters. The traffic lanes have a width of 3.25 meters wide each and both directions of traffic are separated by an average of 1 meter.
