Through the collaboration of the Foundation and Fair Prodeca Tortosa, working as part of the 2013 Symposium professional Festast host the presentation of this project professionals and exhibitors, cooking demonstrations with recipes from the kitchen of Corpus Catalan, as well as the act of supporting formal restaurant associations, institutions and appellations of origin of products Terres de l'Ebre.
