The Costa Dorada, safe and trusted destination, as always

Salou. Costa Dorada. 25 May 2020. Costa Dorada, as always and Terres de l'Ebre, we are recommending the two campaigns started by the Tourist Board of the Tarragona Provincial Council for the tourist promotion of these destinations, especially aimed at the Catalan and Spanish markets as priority audiences in the current situation of mobility and transport restrictions.

The Costa Dorada and Terres de l'Ebre are presented as nearby, reliable, safe and attractive destinations for planning a family vacation after the hard times experienced by COVID 19. In both cases, advertising spots have been prepared for television and creatives for digital media, specialized blogs and social networks. The campaigns will last until September and have a budget of 490,000 euros.

The campaign Costa Dorada, as always, aims to recall through memories those places, moments and experiences lived on the Costa Dorada that are part of our emotional landscape and our family vacations. A campaign that travels back in time but reinforces a message about the Costa Dorada and its current tourist offer: the values ​​of a territory that have not changed.

In this case, the spot was made without external recording sessions and with the collaboration of the Mas Iglesias de Reus Image Center (CIMIR) and the Conca de Barberà County Archive for archival images.

For its part, Terres de l'Ebre, we are recommending  presents Terre de l’Ebre as a destination where nature and outdoor spaces are the central element, the scene of the reunion.

In both cases a positive, close, careful and emotional communicative tone is used, the campaigns appeal to the memory and recognition of the common places and references that are part of our identity and our landscape, according to the Tourist Board of the Provincial Council.

The creation of the two campaigns has been coordinated with the Tourism Agency of Catalonia, under the umbrella of the general campaign Catalunya es casa teva..

The president of the Diputación, Noemí Llauradó, has presented Costa Dorada, as always and Terres de l'Ebre, we started again with the president of the Tourist Board, Meritxell Roigé, and with the vice president of the Board, Camí Mendoza, the director of the agency, Marta Farrero, and the deputy to the management, Albert Folch.
