Carla Munté (CN Salou) qualifies for the Optimist World of New Zealand

Salou. Costa Dorada. The skipper of the Yacht Club in Salou, Carla mounting, has the biggest success of his career in qualifying for the World Optimist class. Carla mounting, thanks to their excellent results this season and his performance in the Optimist Championship in Spain, one of five representatives who will participate in the World Championship to be played in New Zealand. Carla mounting equipment Salou's Boat participated last weekend in the Spanish Championship Sailing Children that took place in Sanxenxo, the Ria de Pontevedra, with two delegations of sailors. In Optimist, Carla Muntè, Paula Igual and  Bea Muro and Laser 4.7, the sailors were Alberto Guillén, Borja Viñes and Alfredo Ibañez. During the Championship, were able to complete a total of 10 tests for Optimist and Laser 9 and Techno 290. The wind was varied from very little wind and changing to reach 15 knots steady. In Optimist, Carla Muntè after a nervous start to invest their results and made some excellent racing that allowed him to finish 9th. of this result and standings qualify for the World Championship 2011, which will take place in New Zealand later this year. In the Laser 4.7, Salou was represented by 3 sailors who made a big role, ending Guillen Alberto Serrano 9th, 10th and Alfredo Ibañez Borja Mas 44th and got the first in the overall standings.
