Cambrils. Costa Dorada. A total of 165 riders coming from all over Catalonia and elsewhere, took part on Saturday, August 27, the 4th edition of the popular Duathlon Cambrils, starting and finishing on the running track in the city. Although the wind has blown for some time, the meeting was positive and brokers have been enjoying the race. The absolute winners this year were, first Eduard Queral, CN REUS the pen, and also won the 2010 edition, second the young Oscar Martinez, the CN REUS lead, the first general the juvenile male category, and thirdly, Albert Bruno, CAYBOL GROUP - PROBIKE, winner of the editions of 2008 and 2009. The first was the absolute classified Pili Russian cambrilenca CN REUS LEAD. At 12pm the duathlons have been the smallest, where children have been enjoying the sport multidisciplinary, with distances suitable for their ages. There were two categories of youngest child aged 6 to 10 and from 11 to 14, with 35 participants in the first and 12 in the second, in which there were both boys and girls. Finally, at 12.30, took delivery of trophies and draw material to all participants. The delivery was attended by the mayor of Cambrils, Mercè Dalmau, President of the Centre Cambrils Hiker Marc Costa, and the regional representative of Sport in Tarragona Generalitat of Catalonia, Gemma Sole, who also participated in the race with a third place in its category.
