Torredembarra. Costa Dorada. On 30 April and 1 and 2 May will be held the 1st Open fishing port Torredembarra qualifying test for the "VIII Mediterranean Challenge," a contest of responsible fishing which are marked, is measured 'free all the parts obtained. For this reason, the tuna is a species scoring. The organization has planned participation of 37 boats and in each there is the presence of a Guardian Mediterranean figure responsible for confirming that meet the exclusive standards of the Mediterranean Federation for Responsible Fisheries (www.fmpr. s). The "Challenge Mediterranean" is now an international event with heats in Italy and France. The three top finishers in each event receive an invitation to the grand final will take place the port of Roses (Girona) in early September. The winner of this final will participate in the IGFA World Championships to be held in Los Cabos (Mexico). The program is expected to contest the April 30 reception will take place on the boats. On 1 May will be the first leg of the race (departure at 7 am arrival at 19 pm) and May 2 second (departure at 7 am back at 18 pm Awards Presentation at 7:30 p.m. h). City Council Torredembarra and Municipal Tourism, among others, collaborate with the organization of this 1st Open Torredembarra fishing port.
