Yoga with horses near Salou

Salou. Costa Dorada. 09 February 2022. If you want to practice yoga and you like horses, you have found the ideal place near Salou to emotionally benefit from both activities. In the Mussara Emotional Riding they offer two workshops to practice yoga with horses and thus improve the emotional state of each participant.

In addition to the benefits of yoga for physical and emotional health, the participants in these workshops will also be enriched by the positive elements that practicing with horses brings, such as connecting with their own instinctive feelings; free yourself from emotional traumas such as fear, anger or sadness; connect with empathy, trust and intuition and, ultimately, connect with the deepest being of each one.

With the experience of the Mussara Emotional Riding and Horse Coaching Center and with the yoga expert Daniel Alabern, the workshops will take place on February 19 and March 5, at the aforementioned Riding Center (road TP-7013 in Vilaplana to Selva del Camp, km 6.8, 20 minutes by car from Salou).

The workshops are held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. They are priced at 25 euros per participant and are aimed at any type of person, including children from 3 years of age. You just need to bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes and a small blanket.
