Schedule for the 12th Diada of the Bull

Torredembarra. Costa Dorada. This Sunday, February 27 Torredembarra restaurant Morros (seafront) will host the 12th National Day and the 5th show this year of the Bull: it will also offer the first edition of the distinction "Tastabull torrenc "that is delivered to a special guest on National Day. This time will be Montserrat Mascaro Mascaro wine company, a collaborator of the gastronomic festival, as he explained the president of the Municipal Tourism, Pedro Font. The 5th festival will take place at the promenade in front of the restaurant Morros, from 12 to 13.30pm For 5 € ticket (cover + drink) can choose between the traditional bull or the developments of this year: ratatouille at restaurant Mulsum, bull with ravioli croquettes and restaurant Captain and the bull with rice and marmitako at  Vaixell restaurant. The show will be accompanied by group Habanera Sails and Winds. At 1.30 pm, the event will be held in public thanks to the cooks and chefs participating in the festival and also give the distinction "Tastabull torrenc 2011". At 2pm, the restaurant Morros, will held on the 12th Day, at a price of 25 €. This bull has been prepared by five cooks and chefs, making the dish at home under their own family tradition. They are: Amadeus Bairaguet Padral, Eloi Figuerola Hurtado, Maria Dolores Riambau Garri, Remei Hurtado Mercadé and Alex Segú Soliva. Bull can also be found in different restaurants of the town: Cal Quim, the Noi and the Quilla that offer this dish in the menu until 27 February and 6 March. In total, between Show, Day and bull at the regular menu, it will be used at various restaurants around 65 kg of this food that the stomach is dry tuna.
