Nits Daurades Salou, the biggest festival of the capital of the Costa Dorada

• With more than twenty events, all of them free, Salou will live the Nits Daurades from August 5 to 16, 2023. In this edition, municipal entities and local groups take a special role, with the aim of promoting local talent and projecting it to residents and visitors during Salou's main festival.
• All the acts, and the times and places of celebration are detailed below.
• Previous acts: 
• Saturday , August 5, at 9:30 p.m., in the Passeig Jaume I 
• Meeting of batucadas with the participation of the group Atabaladors de Salou and other invited groups. The route will be from the Luminous Fountain, following Passeig Jaume I until reaching the Plaza de las Comunitats Autonomous .
• Sunday, August 6, at 9:30 p.m., in the Plaza de les Comunitats Autònomes
• Salou Festival Orchestra: “A movie summer. A bright night”. Compilation of the best soundtracks and tunes of all time to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Luminous Source. With Melani Mestre in the direction.
• It should be noted that the Luminous Fountain of Salou, the work of engineer Carles Buïgas , was inaugurated in 1973 with exceptional engineering for the time. For many years, it was a characteristic element and an emblematic attraction point of the municipality, as it still is today.

• "La Fiesta", family entertainment show. Parade with two acrobat clowns from the Yacht Club. The show will continue at 8:00 p.m., at the Espigó del Moll, with a performance by the company Believe Teatro.

• Night of fire (correfoc). Participating groups: Diables Maleïts , Bruixes Latemó , the Xaloc, the Morena de Salou and other invited groups. Route: departure from Passeig Jaume I (in front of the Salou Tourist Board) to Font Lluminosa.

• Solemn mass in honor of Santa María del Mar in Salou
• At 9 pm, procession. Route: from the church along Passeig Miramar to the Espigó del Moll, where the maritime procession will begin. Once finished, the procession will continue along the Passeig Jaume I.

• Concerts by Álvaro de Luna, Álvaro Soler, Zzoilo , Marlon, Paula Cendejas, Mark Eme, Mar Lucas, Charlie USG, DePol , Adexe&Nau , and the DJs Jose M. Duro and Ramsés López. 
• In addition to this intense festive program, it is worth noting the commitment of the Salou City Council so that the Nits Daurades are safe parties, and that is why it will place a purple and multicolored Point, in the Plaza de las Comunitats Autònomes , on August 11 (between 9:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m.), August 13 (between 9:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m.) and August 16 (between 9:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m.). 
• The purple and multicolored Point has the function of informing and accompanying in the event of situations of gender violence and discrimination, and any person who sees or directly suffers an aggression and/or discrimination can contact it. In the event of any emergency, the affected people can also notify the telephone number 112. 
• In the presentation of the Nits Daurades, the mayor of Salou, Pere Granados, has said that they are the most important festive reference in our territory and are followed by residents and visitors. Likewise, he has indicated that this edition of the Summer Festival aims to recover the essence of the celebrations of yesteryear, with the promotion of local groups and the empowerment of the shows by the entities and associations of Salou. "It is a very good opportunity to show the talent we have, in performing arts, singers and musical groups," he said.
