Festa de la Truita amb suc in Ulldemolins, 14th March

Ulldemolins. Costa Dorada. Ulldemolins hosts the March 14 Day of the XXIX Spinach Omelet with juice. As every year, the municipality of the Baix Camp a festival that revolves around the emblematic dish of the Priory. This dish is typical of Lent can be prepared in countless ways: with beans or spinach, or two ingredients mixed with cough or with potatoes, beans directly putting the juice. Can also be mixed flaked cod. Is often accompanied by boiled egg, artichoke and fried cod. During the day a contest was organized tortillas and then you can taste the dishes presented. Also be other leisure activities. During the morning we held a contest that rewards the most delicious omelet and the best decorated. The omelets are displayed in the Plaza of the Shrine of Our Lady of Loreto.
