Two new children's areas in Cabo Salou and the Poniente district

Salou. Costa Dorada. 21 July 2017. Salou will allocate 100,000 euros to install two new playground areas in the municipal parks of Mola de Aires Street in Cap de Salou and Guillem de Claramunt Street in the Poniente District.

This project will improve the facilities of the park and green areas of Salou, relocating the current games of these parks in other towns and providing new and more attractive elements for children's entertainment in these two areas.

Among the different games that are planned in this project and which are contemplated to complete the services of these in these parks, there are a zip-line, a nesting type, a combination of games, elastic beds, among others.

It should be noted that the incorporation of these new elements will not impair the visual impact or the conditions of the green areas of the parks. For example, in the case of the Cap de Salou Park the aesthetic line of the new installations will be neutral, without colors and betting on wood as the main building material. In addition, this new zone of infantile leisure will be delimited by the comfort and the security of the boys and girls and will count on a paving of cautxo.

The budget that the City Council has arranged for the construction of these new areas amounts to 101,000 euros distributed in two lots, 52,892.57 euros for the Mola Street Park of Aires and 30,578.51 euros for the area between the Montcada Streets and Guillem de Claramunt.
