The leveling and improvement works of the Barenys street car park begin

Salou. Costa Dorada. 07 March 2018. The improvement works on Barenys street in Salou started this morning, one day later than expected due to the rain. The maintenance works in this area will level the terrain and will also act in the places that are used for parking between Via Aurèlia and Carles Roig streets.

This section is used daily as parking for both new homes built in the area and for users of the football field when there are events. Even so, along this street there are four areas that have remained undeveloped, with land and asphalt remains.

Among the works that will be carried out, the demolition of part of the existing pavement that is in poor condition; to allow the safe parking of vehicles. It should also be noted that the earthwork will be done with a gentle slope in order to avoid the stagnation of rainwater. The works have been awarded to the company Agrovial S.A., for a total amount of € 14,033.79, VAT included.
