The cuisine come back again at the fair Sabor Salou

Sabor Salou, the food fair in the capital of the Costa Dorada

The fair Sabor Salou returns from 15 to 17 April at Passeig Jaume I in Salou to present the cuisine and restaurants of the town as well as quality products with designation of origin in the region. The schedule is Friday 15 April 17 at 22 pm; Saturday April 16 is 11 to 22 pm and Sunday April 17 from 11 to 20 h.
Access to Sabor Salou is free, although you can buy a tasting pack for  5 euros. This pack consists of a cup, the visitor stays in memory and serves to tastings offered to different stands, and 3 "Salouets." The "Salouet" is the currency in which they are tastings at the fair, according to the price mark each establishment, although normally costs tasting each one "Salouet."
In addition, exhibitors offer a wide range of activities and workshops are open to everyone's participation, performed in space LeSommelier, according to the following program:

Friday April 16:
  • 19.30 "Riedel experience": the importance of a drink "(LeSommelier) - Capacity: 40 people.
Saturday April 17:
  • 11:30 "Oxley Gin" - Bacardi (capacity 60 people)
  • 13.00 "tasting varietal" with Sumarroca (LeSommelier) - Capacity: 40 people.
  • 16:30 pm - Workshop Pizza child (Portofino Salou) - Capacity: 40 people.
  • 19.30 "Workshop Gin Tonic" with distillery Distillery Campeny (LeSommelier) Capacity: 40 people.
Sunday April 18:
  • 13.00 "Torello Cava Tasting Tradition, passion and demand" - Capacity: 40 people. (LeSommelier)
  • 18:00 "Workshop pizza Children" (Portofino Salou) - Capacity: 40 people.
Recall that prior registration is required to participate in these activities and that this registration can be lost if you do not arrive on time at the beginning of the workshop.
Last year, "Taste Salou" was a success, because during the three-day were served more than 25,000 tasting in all the 53 booths present. The data obtained from the ballots draw visitors come from neighboring villages of the Costa Dorada in Tarragona and Aragon, Navarra and the Basque Country.
