Calçotades in La Boella: a unique environment for Semena late February and March



The Canonja.Costa Daurada.La calçotades Boella organized exclusively for all weekends in February and March and does so in the context of an old farmhouse S. XII, in the midst of an olive farm of 150 hectares.   Many restaurants offer calçotadas in his letter, but the La Boella organized exclusively for its privileged location that allows to perform them the old way, enjoying high quality products with impeccable service.   La Boella has prepared a special menu where calçots appetizers and eaten outdoors, enjoying the spacious garden of almost 5,000 square meters around the Great Hall. The calçots are prepared the traditional way. The appetizers consist of potato chips, olives Arbequina La Boella, coca recapte the Costa Dorada, cheese cubes Ribes Valley and assorted sausages Garrotxa, accompanied by toasted bread with tomato.   The entrees are served in the Great Hall: sausage and black pudding Perol, rack of lamb, potatoes Prades "caliu" Prat artichokes and sautéed white beans. The menu also includes a pre-dessert and dessert. To water these delights, nothing like the Montsant wines and Cava Carles Andreu.   The menu price is 40 €, with snack of potato chips and Arbequina olives and without pre-dessert, or 50 € for the full menu (prices per person, VAT included). For smaller (2 to 12 years) the price is 10 €.     La Boella is located in La Canonja (Carretera. T - 11, km 12). Information and reservations: 977.77.15.15
