Open call for musical groups for the 15th Fair of pop music Vila -seca

The Street Music Fair of Vila -seca has launched the artistic call for groups and bands who want to take part in the 15th Fair of pop music, the 16, 17 and May 18, 2014 . The call is open and free and is aimed at musicians and bands that have a professional musical project or becoming professionals and want to be known among the different professionals at Vila -seca FiM .

The FiM Vila -seca has set the goal to propose a bold artistic and diverse range of groups and bands that represent the latest market trends of Catalan creative emergence. Kike Bala , artistic director of the fair , said : " Of those collected we select what we think may have a real projection and interest to the current Catalan musical circuit and its audience . " .

The Street Music Fair of Vila -seca , which next year will celebrate its 15th edition , will be the source of pop music , so that this population will be the authentic Tarragona musical epicenter of the country for a weekend . It is fair to say that by Vilaseca scenarios is where famous groups were released such as Manel , Pegatina, The Mamzelles , Els Amics dels Arts or Za! . As a trade show, the Vila -seca FiM present a diverse set of proposals , styles and formats, in order to promote the recruitment and placement of bands on the professional music circuit .

In the 2013 edition were enrolled over 800 musical ideas , making Vilaseca FiM a Showcase for the novel Catalan music scene . Over 280 professionals and 2400 people came to the FiM emergency 2013 to catch creative and musical forefront of the country.

The musical inscriptions for The Street Music Fair of Vila -seca 2014 via web are www.firacarrer.cat and will close on December 20 . The first confirmed to the pop music show will be announced in late February 2014 .
