The mayor of Salou hoisted the Blue Flag in the Marina

Salou. Costa Dorada. The mayor of Salou, Pere Granados, accompanied by Member of the Environment, Montserrat Porter, has raised the Blue Flag in Puerto Deportivo de Salou, in the presence of the President of the Club Náutico, Godofredo Dominguez, and several members of this entity. The mayor has expressed his satisfaction that the Marina has earned a distinction this year of Blue Flag awarded by the European Community, as it implies a recognition of its environmental management in the field and guarantees the quality of their facilities. Board members of the Club Náutico have taken the mayor's visit to display the new collection systems and recycling of oils and waste and that are available to the harbor. The meeting between the Club Náutico and the mayor has also served to exchange views on issues affecting the future harbor of Salou.
