Salou. Costa Dorada. 22 July 2026.
For the second consecutive year, Salou City Council is organising its outdoor cinema series, an initiative that will offer four screenings in different locations across the town during July and August. The programme aims to bring the magic of cinema to audiences of all ages and provide an alternative leisure activity on summer evenings.
The series will kick off on 25 July with a screening of La familia Benetón at Plaça de la Pau.
The second screening will take place on 21 August at the Cap Salou sports court, featuring Wolfgang in Catalan. The film tells the story of a child with a high IQ and autism spectrum disorder, in a story that combines emotion and humour.
The following day, 22 August, the Mirador de Salou will host the third screening of the series with Snow White, an American live-action adaptation of the classic fairy tale.
Finally, on 28 August, Plaça Andalusia will bring the series to a close with The Bad Guys 2, a film starring a group of animals made up of a wolf, a shark, a piranha and a tarantula.
All screenings will begin at 10:00 p.m. and admission will be free. Chairs will also be provided at the different locations to ensure the comfort of spectators throughout the screenings.
