Salou artists exhibit at the Torre Vella until March 2, 2020

Salou. Costa Dorada. 05 February 2020. As every year the Torre Vella de Salou premieres the annual exhibition calendar with the exhibition of works by local artists of the capital of the Costa Dorada. In this 19 edition there are 17 artists who exhibit a total of 33 works of different styles, techniques and themes.

The exhibition in the Torre Vella can be visited until March 2, from Monday to Saturday, from 6 pm to 8 pm, except holidays. In the attached PDF catalog you can consult the works that are exhibited.

The inauguration took place on January 31 with the presence of the mayor of Salou, Pere Granados, and the Councilor for Cultural Services, Xavier Montalà. In his speech, the mayor emphasized the great quality of the works in the exhibition, as well as the diversity of techniques and themes. He also had some words of remembrance for the artists of Salou who exhibited in this concrete exhibition and who have already left us. Finally, the mayor said that next year the event will reach the XX edition, and for this reason it will be granted a special character.

For his part, the Councilor for Cultural Services said that "it is a pride to be able to celebrate 40 years of Fiesta Mayor, showing the talent we have in the municipality", and that the exhibition is inaugurated within the framework of the Winter Festival of Salou
