Vilaseca receives the XII Street Music Fair until May 8

Vila-seca. Costa Dorada. The Street Music Fair of Vilaseca reaches its twelfth edition with a strong desire to maintain the innovative spirit that has defined and restless from the beginning. Keeping the values ​​of free access to culture, intercultural and diversity of styles that came with the FIM aims to make itself known across the country for what it is: a meeting point for music lovers creative-garde in all its forms and manifestations. True to this concept, this year's program takes a step forward and committed to production. With a broad public, diversified and demanding, FIM accepts new challenges to meet the two lines of attendees to Vila-seca: firstly, the general public present that over twelve years have been loyal to the event, and on the other programmers. The latter, a key element of the Fair and other events point differential of the same nature, are helping to disseminate and promote the music programmed in Vila-seca throughout the territory. The fact that FIM offers outdoor activities in an urban setting allows professionals to analyze and evaluate public reactions in situ. This is one of the added values ​​of the Fair, as professionals often do not have the opportunity to see the reaction of the audience in an enthusiastic and very popular as it is, year after year, in Vila-seca. Consequently, the added value that this represents guarantee the future success of these proposals where are programmed. The efforts of all actors involved in major project that involves FiM_Fira Music Street Vilaseca make fair what it is today. Organizers, organizations that support, cooperation partners and participants ∙, ∙ operation with the help of businesses and residents of Vila-seca sustentacles true of what became the 6th, 7th and 8th May, aims to amplify the senses of anyone who is in Vila-seca. Who heads the FIM? Last year more than 110 professionals involved with the music industry met at the Fair to be part of the experience FIM, and this year the figure was 185. There were technical councils, cultural centers or community centers, programmers, companies related to the management, producers, festivals and cycles, stamps, freelancers ... The success of the technical conference in 2010 granted the organization of a new technical conference this year, to be held on May 6 in Vila-seca, a new location closer to the stage.
