La Boella combines tradition and creativity in their Christmas menus for companies and families

  Located in La Canonja, far from urban bustle yet only ten minutes from Tarragona, is the La Boella, one of the most unique resorts in the country. Its more than 110 hectares of olive trees and 6,500 m2 of gardens have a luxurious boutique hotel with 13 suites,  and one of the best convention centers in the country, located in a historic farmhouse twelfth century. In short, an environment and complete facilities, perfect for organizing all kinds of events, Christmas lunches and dinners, both business and personal.   Companies especially in mind, the resort's economic Boella has designed four menus with the best of his signature cuisine, led by chef Manuel Ramirez .Each menu includes a starter, a main and dessert to choose from several marriage proposals and the dishes, there is also the possibility of choosing a menu based on the center portions to share plus a main course and dessert. The menus can be enjoyed in the dining room Espai Fortuny, whose winery has more than 500 national and international references, or in the private rooms of La Boella Conventions Resort with capacities up to 600 guests. Christmas special menu, La Boella - Cream of pumpkin soup with sauteed mushrooms and seafood, warm salmon with mushrooms and cream of vegetable, Remple octopus with potato confit de Prades, Iberian sirloin with apple and foie gras with truffles, confit pork in juice, sweet Girona veal wine from Priorat, hake loin confit or grilled turbot with vegetables al dente and sea urchin caviar oil are some of the specialties that make up the menus. Finally it has also included a selection of homemade desserts including not miss the lemon sorbet Boella (the mamadeta Tarragona), the apple tatin with cream yogurt and berries, the La Boella coulant and orange ice cream artisan nougat basil or mixed.     Family or friends For Christmas Day and St. Stephen Manu has designed a long series of menus consist of seven dishes for 50 € per person, and a luxury minute gala dinner New Year's Eve including the Cantabrian lobster broken oil urchins, coca belly Mediterranean bluefin tuna, beef tenderloin with foie blond Galician, strawberries with champagne, chocolate cake Ocumare, homemade candies and open bar of white, red and champagne for 150 € per person. And for those who want to spend unasnavidades in luxury and all relax, La Boella suggestive designed packages and dinner in their cozy boutique hotel Mas La Boella, with 13 luxurious rooms decorated by the renowned interior designer Estrella Salietti.
