The Gaudí Centre release new exhibition in December

The new exhibition presentation linking the universality of the work of Gaudí and the other great architect of the era, Lluis Domenech i Montaner, who was the driver of Modernism Reus. This year 2010, the Municipal Tourism wants to draw attention to two very specific aspects: improving the quality of the visit to Gaudí Centre and promote awareness of the modernist heritage of the city of Reus, one of the most important in Catalonia. For this reason, the main goal of this renewal contained in the Gaudí Centre is to improve the visitor experience, and thus increasing the attractiveness of this equipment, which in just three years and has positioned itself as the most important tourist resource of the city. The value of the equipment has been recognized by awards such as that provided by the Government of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Catalonia Tourism Awards 2009, which distinguishes the individuals, companies and institutions that have stood for the promotion of tourism in Catalonia. Also, last April, the City Councillor for Promotion, Martina Garcia, picked Alimara Award 2009, awarded CETT Group at State level, in recognition of the tourism promotion campaign Reus Gaudí Centre. The new exhibition space will use the latest audiovisual technology to make it more attractive, after the satisfaction surveys carried visitors to the Gaudí Centre show that the audiovisual show which can be seen on the third floor is the space center best rated . While the Gaudí Centre as equipment will be marked half a 9 out of 10, the audiovisual show "universal Gaudi" is the highest score with 9.5. The total cost of the intervention is of 413,000 euros + VAT.
