The Feast of the Brotherhood of Vandellòs includes twenty events for all ages

Vandellòs. Costa Dorada. The Feast of the Brotherhood of Vandellòs begin this Friday 13 May 2011, the traditional flip rocket scheduled at noon. Thereafter, and until Sunday 15 May 2011, everyone who is interested in spending a good time will have the opportunity to participate in the twenty activities organized groups and associations of people with the sponsorship of the City Vandellòs Hospitalet de l'Infant. These activities include the 2nd Contest Monologues, organized by the Department of Culture and the Theatre. The representation of the works presented to the audience and the jury and the awards will take place Friday, May 13 at 10pm in the pavilion and will have special performance of actress-Group Dagoll Dagom Noelia Perez. Within the program of events also striking celebration of the II Triathlon for Young people, a competition organized by the Youth Department, in collaboration with the Municipal Sports Board, the Municipal and Media the Department of Culture, addressed the youth of the town aged between 12 and 16 years. This triathlon, which will be held the weekend for couples (14 and 15 May), consist of four tests: PS3 championship, testing water in the pool deck, producing a music video and test. Other events to note are, for example, the concert group "Alli and oil"'(Friday, May 13 at midnight, the square Drs. Gil Vernet); chat by Jordi Abello, BA in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona, ​​on contemporary art and his work (Saturday 14 May, at 8.30pm in the Plaza Drs. Gil Vernet), dancing with the orchestra Pennsylvania (Saturday at midnight, the pavilion), the concert of the Municipal School of Music (Sunday 15 May Auditorium at 5pm), and the representation of the play 'Husband and wife, what shit', by the Company Macarro (Sunday 15 May, the pavilion), among others. In addition, Saturday and Sunday at noon, you can visit the medieval tower defense Vandellòs, better known as 'The Tower', a square building in the square of Doctors Gil-Vernet and possibly built in the sixteenth century, of 6 meters each side and four levels high and also the Interpretation Centre of the Oil from the same village.
