The Esparver Restaurant in Vilaplana, offers the 1st Show of Cooking with Romesco

The Esparver restaurant, the street was of Vilaplana, has announced details of the 1st show of Cooking with romesco, which promotes this year for the first time.   This small restaurant, with capacity for 26 guests, located in the town of Vilaplana, in the Baix Camp, will hold this show during the month of February and first fortnight of March (also the weekend) to their offering diners a menu with various combinations with romesco as its focus.   The menu begins with a snack cake with pate and recapte Esparver. The first dish is tasting endive with romesco and ganyims; calçots batter and romescosauce, and rolls with romesco. As a main dish you can choose between romescada Basin (cod) tortilla with sauce, casserole cuttlefish; rabbit with rosemary or Mondongo of Vilaplana with beans and romesco. Finally, for dessert, Catalan cream, egg cake, and hazelnut garrapinyades. The price of this Rosemary menu with wine, mineral water and coffee is 28 euros.   This first show of the romesco cuisine at Esparver restaurant comes from Maria Theresa Castellnou. Born in 2009 and with  chef cook Anna Pi, with rosemary  she wantz to make a tribute to the great Catalan cooking sauce, very identified with Tarragona. In preparing the dishes offered at the show, L´Esparver counted on the collaboration of the prestigious cook from Reus Mariona Quadrada.   Thus, in this tasting menu from 4 February to 13 March anyone at The Esparver Restaurant can enjoy the three types of romesco recognized by the Congress of Catalan Cuisine: romesco. The mix used to example in rosemary with endive, also known as xató, the romesco dip, as used in the calçots batter or calçotades; rosemary and copper, used in countless dishes, such as rolls with rosemary in romescada Basin in trout juice in the rabbit with rosemary, etc..   Esparver Restaurant has a nice little room, with modern decor, with a maximum capacity for 26 diners. Usually offered with much success online Mediterranean dishes based on recipes from the land, with a personal touch that is very careful in the presentation and, in turn, with the development of the product, closely linked to our region. The restaurant also offers a weekly menu for 11.90 euros.   Regarding the cellar, with 5 whites, 6 reds and 4 champagnes, all Catalans. As a wine house, offers Marmellans Montagu, the Montsant, ol'Artiola, the DO Terra Alta. Address: Calle Era, 14 (43 380). Winter hours: 13.00 to 14.30 Tuesday to Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 21.00 to 22.30. In the summer, Tuesday to Sunday from 1.30pm to 2.30pm and 9.00pm to 11.00pm.
