Salou. Costa Dorada. The City Council has approved the first phase Salou works of the old town of Salou urbanization to turn this into an area of special interest and business planning. The first phase of the project will redefine the road traffic in the area, put new street furniture and resolve various issues related to urban space: mobility, accessibility, paving, the outstanding facilities, street furniture and gardening. The planning council, Marc Montagut, explained that "the commitment to the old city area into a revitalized urban and commercial interest rates is strong" and added that "it is a claim of its historic neighbors finally see the light through the work begin soon. The first phase of implementation includes the following streets: C / Valencia, from Barcelona Street and Calle de los Pinos C / Poniente between the street and the streets of Barcelona Pins C / Barcelona Street between Church Street and the mistral C / Joan Miró between the street and the Speaker of the Church Street C / Rafael Casanovas C / dels Pins between Valencia Street and Calle Poniente At the level of facilities the project contemplates the implementation of new sinks and connecting them to the existing sewerage network, the placement of new streetlights and the possible relocation of the same, the lighting and PA system. The project does not include the demolition of any existing facilities except for the burial or air conditioning of any existing wiring. Regarding the sewerage system, not replace the current network but placed new sinks replacing existing and adding new system to strengthen. The second phase will be adopted in future contemplate the actions Street West, Church Street, Calle Joan Miro Street and Mistral. The budget allocated for this first phase will develop one million fifty thousand euros (1,050,000 euros).
