El Vendrell. Costa Dorada. On Friday 30 July, Ten Vendrell Museum offers the opportunity to enjoy one more week, a few moments of tranquility and relaxation amid the busy schedule, enjoying a high level of musical surrounded a cozy and quiet spot with Sixters. On this occasion, the Museum presents Ten Sixters The group's performance, an entirely female vocal sextet that sings a cappella. Montse Baeza, Esther Westermeyer, Cristina Gavilan Sasanedas Marta, Irene and Gloria Garces Casadevall are together since 2001 and share a common interest: to discover and offer innovative new languages with a very personal stamp evolving in each of their works. With musical influences from groups like Stupendams, Rajaton, Zap Mama and Gema4, and a career that relates to music from varied fields (teaching, conducting choirs, instrumental ensembles, dance, theater ...), The Sixters break with the traditional concert format to bring to the public differently, with tenderness, humor, energy ... especially with voices that seduce and transport. Thus, an exquisite interpretation, staging fresh and spontaneous, and a careful choice of repertoire are some of the ingredients we offer Sixters. The concert will take place in the garden of Museo Deu at 8pm and admission into Museum is free.
