The 55th Fair Multi sector open from 1 to 3 June, with 291 booths and 160 exhibitors

Cambrils. Costa Dorada. 28th May 2012. The Multisectoral Fair Cambrils will be the showcase of automotive, agricultural and gardening machinery, trade and services, food and crafts booths and more exhibitors than last year. The 55th edition of the fair will open from 1 to 3 June and will feature 291 booths and 160 exhibitors (last year were 269 booths and 148 exhibitors). The mayor of Cambrils, Merced Dalmau, and Councillor for Economic Development, Carmen Cross, presented this morning's event and highlighted the high turnout as a sign of the commitment of the various economic sectors established by a fair and reference, according to forecasts, expects an influx of 40,000 people for three days. The Fair is divided between Paseo Albert, the stream of Alforja Pinaret Park, Plaza de España, and Gimbernat. The total occupied area is 37,200 square meters (between fair and covered pavilion) and the surface is contracted by 14,154 square meters. The schedule of outdoor (with 185 booths and 70 exhibitors) and the medieval market  (39 exhibitors) will be from 11 to 22.30 hours. The covered pavilion (45 booths and 29 exhibitors) and the outdoor closed (the 22 stands for quality food products) will open 11 to 14 and 17 to 22:30. The main novelty of this year's exhibition space and venda "Gastronomy of our land" in Pinaret Park, committed to the promotion of quality local food products.  Every year, there will be a medieval market with crafts and displays of parallel activities such as product tastings, raffles, speeches, presentation of new products by companies and crèche. Among other activities, theatrical highlights of the Teak Theatre, presenting "de facto couples, couples of fact" 30 and 31 May in Parish House, the awards of children's drawing competition on the Town Hall Square on June 2 at 12 pm at the Cultural Centre, the children's entertainment show "profanity" Fornas Theatre Company at the Siege Square, and the concert of local groups with Dirty Show, The Nelatons, touch wood and February at the Ateneo School, and the homage to old age. The preacher will be Valenti Guasch, assistant manager of Research and Teaching Services University of the UPC in Barcelona. The event will take place at the Municipal Hall of the House for the Elderly on 27 May to 13 hours. The official opening will be June 1 at 12 hours and will be the responsibility of the Secretary-General for Enterprise and Employment of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Little Henry Colet.
