Tarragona. Caixa Forum Tarragona. Exhibition.   Entitled Chaplin in images, Obra Social "la Caixa Tarragona CaixaForum presents the first major exhibition dedicated to the figure of Charlie Chaplin and his character, Charlie Chaplin, from the family archives. By combining the study of nearly 200 photographs, posters and magazines, documents and fragments of films  provided an overview of the artist and his career. Behind the massive popularity of Chaplin hides an extraordinary artistic talent, a great ease of communication and the ability to shape his public character in accordance with the audiovisual media: film, photography and journalism ilustrated. Chaplin in Pictures exhibition, curated by Sam Stourdzé, can be visited at CaixaForum Tarragona (Columbus, 2, Tarragona), from 12 February to 2 May 2010.
