Born furrow to promote sustainable tourism based on the landscape

Mayors and representatives of the councils Aiguamúrcia and Pla de Santa Maria (High Camp), and The Catllar Renau (Tarragona), and Capafonts Riudecanyes and Colldejou (Baix Camp), and Ulldemolins Morera de Montsant (Priorat), and Tivissa Rasquera ( Ribera d'Ebre), met on 18 June to present a Riudecanyes stria Network, an association of municipalities of small towns in the interior of the Camp of Tarragona and Terres de l'Ebre committed to developing a local based on the sustainable exploitation of the tourist landscape.

The promoter of the initiative is Mayor Riudecanyes, Josep Maria Tost, who was accompanied during the presentation by the major governments and organizations supporting the project by the President of the Tourist Board of the Council, John Aregio by Àngel Sales, Tarragona territorial delegate to the Department for Innovation, Universities and Enterprise, and Dr. Salvador Anton, Director of the College of Tourism of the URV.
