More than thirty young people participate in the 'Colonies from town to town'

Vandellòs. Hospitalet de l'Infant. Costa Dorada. A total of 36 youths, aged between 4 and 14, are participating this week in the 'Colonies from village to village. This is known as the stay in full board that organizes each year the Athletic Department of the City of Vandellòs Hospitalet de l'Infant, in the program of summer activities. Within these colonies, between 27 June and 1 July 2011, these children, accompanied by 4 instructors will have the opportunity to enjoy various recreational and sports proposals, such as hiking trails through the town, kayaking, games, beach activities, soccer, handball, treasure hunts, etc., and sleeping in Vandellòs, Soak Hospitalet de l'Infant. With this initiative, the council aims to meet the different towns of the municipality to children, promote the sport among young people and also lend a hand to families so they can manage vacation time, according to the said Councillor for Sports, Pilar Morales.
