El Vendrell. Costa Dorada. The 7th, 8th and 9th of May, the 14th contest of Vendrell Roses, the 14th floor of the Market and the Flower, the 7th Exhibition of garnish of balconies and gardens within the 6 th of the celebrations for the Festival of Spring. One of the most symbolic is the actions of Roses Competition, held at the Civic Center Station and this year features Peter Dot Award, given by the city of Sant Feliu de Llobregat for the first prize for the most fragrant rose. This year is expected to have the same success of last year, which was attended by 600 roses. Those candidates can register it until May 6 and will be receiving roses from 8 11 am on Saturday 8 May. Delivery ceremony will take place on Sunday May 9, at 18 pm In parallel, the Rambla Market will also be occupied by the plant and flowers, with a total of nine participating establishments, and the show gardens, by six exhibitors. Throughout the weekend, several educational workshops will be held by the education team of Environment . To round off this Spring Festival, the Municipal Economic Development has also organized the Exhibition of garnish balconies. The judges rewarded them all with balconies attractive enough to consider a bonus of $ 30, redeemable for products from florists and garden centers participating in the market.
