2,100 euros have been collected in 'SOS Haiti Humanitarian Action', held in L'Hospitalet de l'Infant

Costa Dorada.City Council of Vandellòs and Hospitalet de l'Infant and thirty institutions, commercial establishments and companies have managed to raise 2,100 euros on the day of solidarity for the benefit of Haiti who organized yesterday, Sunday, February 7. It was called 'SOS Haiti Humanitarian Action' and took place at the core of L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. Throughout the day there were many people (about 500) were closer to the meeting point of this initiative, the area next to the square pins, to participate in various events are conducted : concentration, with manifestos and reading off balloon memorial where he could read 'Hospitalet de l'Infant Vandellòs with Haiti' included, and a march through the streets of the village on foot, bicycle and even with motorcycle (as did members of the organization Tarraco Harley Davidson). There was also a popular breakfast (with sausage, beer and water) that had a price of 3 euros per person, children's games and performances by musical groups and dance. Already towards the 1430 hours, took place one of the most multitudinous events: the 'pan brotherhood', which was attended by over 200 people (tickets cost 4 euros). To encourage the afternoon, there was bingo, raffles, karaoke, mobile disco and ballroom dancing with music of all time. All proceeds will go to help earthquake victims in Haiti through Oxfam.
