The XVI Popular Salou Pedalada meets half thousand participants

Salou. Costa Dorada. Nearly 500 people have signed up this morning at the XVI Pedalada Popular Salou 2010; other activity that was the case under the framework of the Winter Festival which is organized by the Sports Area of the City of Salou and has had the support of the Cycling Association Salou. From early morning large and small, with all kinds of bikes 2 and 4 wheels have been gathered around the town sports hall to participate in the course of about six kilometers.   This year, moreover, has taken delivery of ridges to make a joint collection of financial contributions that will go to victims in Haiti along with the money being collected over 24 hours of championship football. Besides a green shirt, cyclists have participated in the draw for a pair of mountain bikes and other technical materials in sport. A ten-thirty in the morning they gave the starting signal to the pedal that has been escorted by local police and that has flowed normally. At the end of the tour, against the flag have served drinks and proceeded to draw for the gifts.
