Twenty local artists exhibit at the Torre Vella

Salou. Costa Dorada. Within the framework of the winter festival of Salou, the Culture Department of the City Council has organized the eleventh exhibition of local artists under the name 2012 "Painters of Salou." The exhibition can be seen from Thursday 2 February and until the next day at 26 Old Tower taking the opening with the winter festival in the town. This is a painting exhibition mounted exclusively with local artists. Among those participating are, among others, Carmen Alquézar, María Jesús Andreu, Myriam Arnold Lleo, Lorenç Cervello or Paquita Contra. Needless to say the 20 artists who exhibit in this cultural center there are different styles both in subject matter of his paintings as well the technique used to develop them. The mayor, Pedro Granados, the opening of the exhibition highlighted the great collection of artists who have joined this initiative to the traditional festival and encouraged him to continue working culture, and important local heritage pictorial spread. The Councillor for Culture, Maria Jose Rodriguez, thanked them for their participation, either as repeaters and some others who join in the show.
