The twelfth Conference of the Tuna will be held from April 3 to May 15

This day, 11 hours, people will be tasting the tuna clotxa and children's entertainment show in the Plaza de la Marina. This scenario is expected to be allocated 850 servings of this recipe that combines the sea and the mountains of L'Hospitalet seafaring tradition of the villages inside the municipality, accompanied by wine, priced at $ 2 each. From that day until 15 May, a total of 10 restaurants, of which 8 are in L'Hospitalet (L'Olla, The Solomillo, salt, El Pescador, La Caleta del Puerto, Boat, and Topolino Deviteca) 1 Pratdip (La Cocina de Carlos) and 1 Tivissa (Missamaroi) offer special menus with tuna as the protagonist, at a price of 30 euros approximately. Thus, participating in this conference will have the opportunity to sample various culinary proposals, based on the quality and creativity, such as fresh tuna loin with foie gras on a bed of caramelized leeks, red tuna with Almadrava Romesco sauce, pine nuts and raisins, tuna tartare with avocado and chives, shrimp, tuna and jelly, tuna tossed with bundles of vegetables and cassava chips, etc.. In addition, the Tourism Board in Hospitalet de l'Infant of Laurel Valley and has organized, as usual, free cooking classes, where students can learn some recipes from restaurants that tuna take part in the conference this year. The registration deadline is April 5 at the Tourist Board of L'Hospitalet. The groups will be 12 people maximum.
