The closing ceremony of the World Raceboard in Hospitalet, on Saturday

At 7 pm on Saturday 10 September 2011 is provided for the closing ceremony of the World Championship Raceboard 2011 in the facilities of the Club Náutico Hospitalet-Vandellos (CNHV). Yesterday, Thursday 8 September saw the long distance race, a race that was so spectacular it could be seen leaving the participants from the beach toward the marina to a beacon located on the nuclear plant. After about 75 minutes, the first 3 to cross the finish line were: Patrik Pollak (SVK 1), Toni Colom (ESP 66) and Curro Manchon (ESP 9), third. The first ranked woman was Maria Dominguez (ESP 11) ahead of Harriet Ellis (GBR 607). There were no changes in the overall junior (under-20 category): Santiago Arteaga maintained his comfortable lead. In the women's fleet, the victory of Maria Dominguez was approaching a point in the British Harriet Ellis. The tension in the men's fleet (all category) grow today, with the Slovak Patrik Pollak and the Andalucian Curro Manchon, Matched points after 9 tests. Toni Colom, Club Náutico Hospitalet-Vandellos is now in third place.
