IV Competition of rice It will be held Sunday 12 June, from 12 am to Vandellòs sports pavilion. Those interested in participating can sign it until 10 June. Alamanda Women's Group organized by Sunday June 12 the Sixth Competition piece of rice, the sports pavilion Vandellòs. In this scenario, participants will have 2 hours (from 12 to 14 hours) to prepare this traditional dish that formerly elaborated farmers of this area with typical products of the earth.   As indicated on the basis of this culinary competition, the basic ingredients should be rice and cod and judges scored from 0 to 10 the following: respect for tradition in the ingredients, presentation, cooking rice , punctuality in delivering the dish to the jury and clothing typical.
