Salou will install in front of the Market the first recharging point for electric cars

Salou. Costa Dorada. 10 January 2018. The most central shopping area of Salou will offer a semi-fast recharge service for electric vehicles. It is the first point that is installed in the municipality and will allow the recharging of two vehicles simultaneously. The new loading point will be installed on Via Roma, in front of the Municipal Market. It is a place of high traffic of vehicles and it is estimated that it will be an incentive to increase the number of users of electric vehicles.

The new facility will occupy two of the existing blue parking spaces currently available to guarantee the permanent availability of the recharge. The charging point will be known as "multimode", which will allow the charging of different types of electric vehicles in the market. The budget of the execution contract amounts to € 21,775.12 and the works will last five weeks.
