Before the parliaments, two videos that define the Festa Major have been unveiled; On the one hand, one that explains all the ingredients that make this party unique, and on the other, a video that gathers the witness of the 28 groups participating in the most massive act: the White Coso. For his part, the mayor said that the Winter Festival is a celebration that "over time, has evolved to become a unifying space, social cohesion, and promoter of the participation of citizens, because it makes our groups and entities of all kinds set in motion all their strength and imagination. " Granados also thanked all the entities, associations, clubs, schools and groups for "the effort, the good attitude and its value to build a dynamic, vital Salou with a great cultural and festive tradition". The mayor has also taken the opportunity to congratulate Colla Las Prisas, for having been going out in the Coso Blanco parade for 25 years, to Colla Julivert for the 10 years of his career, and the two Colles Asociación Connecta't Jove and the Slot Association Salou for his 5 years.
The Councilor for Culture and Festivities, Mª José Rodríguez, recalled the heirs and outgoing heir and wanted to encourage the new faces that will carry out their publication throughout 2019; a relief that falls on Emma Pàmies (children's story); Leyre Álvarez (juvenile pubilla); Claudia Martínez (Major pubilla); Lina El Addouti and Ritaj El Addouti (Ladies of Honor for Children); Régine Serrano and Hiba El Addouti (ladies of Honor Juvenil); Meritxell Inglada and Brenda Larroza (ladies of Greater Honor) and Adrià Llop as heir.
