The first edition of the Salou Yoga Festival will try to spread this millenary technique

Salou. Costa Dorada. 16 April 2018. Yoga lovers will be lucky this May with the birth of the Salou Yoga Festival, an activity that aims to raise awareness of this practice of oriental relaxation. The festival will open its doors on May 12 and 13 to all those who wish to practice this technique to learn to connect emotionally with oneself and with others. The event will be attended by recognized national and international professionals.

Xuan Lan, Adell Bridges, Kaithlynpatrizia and Josmar Coll Perucho, are prestigious Yoga practitioners who will be present in Salou, among many other special guests. In fact, two yoga professionals from the regions of Tarragona, Cristina Albadalejo and Pilar Espinosa, are the promoters of this event, which was organized for the first time in Salou. The idea is forged fruit of the friendship between the two teachers and the desire to be better people, the enthusiasm for personal growth and love for life and yoga.

The municipal pavilion will be the scene of the festival, which has scheduled numerous activities from Saturday, May 12 at 8 to Sunday, May 13 at 2pm. Beyond the lectures given by invited professionals and classes for all levels of modalities such as Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, attendees can enjoy complementary activities such as cooking workshops, concerts of mantras, meditations or talks related to the world of yoga. In addition, the "Mini Festival" will be a space created for children to connect with yoga through activities adapted to their needs: children's yoga, painting workshops, inflatables ...
