El Vendrell. Parrish Church. Exhibition.

This Friday, May 4, at 21pm in the parish church of El Vendrell, present a concert of organ and hurdy gurdy, by Josep Matheu and Adrian Grandia. The concert program presented here today is to test the layout of two instruments complex, unique, unique but paradoxically new and changing. The hurdy-gurdy, ancient instrument that has survived and revived all the aesthetic and musical trends since the Middle Ages, is related very closely with the organ through the invention of the Lira Organizzata, a hybrid organ and hurdy gurdy carried born in the eighteenth century in France. The organ, an instrument unique in the use of acoustic space where it touches, making this union is unique in every concert and every instrument. So invite the listener to experience a unique moment where freight for different moments of music history from the kaleidoscope of the same performers.
